Every Cogmates plan is a paid plan: we no longer offer a free tier. You can start with the Tester plan ($8.99 / month) and upgrade whenever your team is ready to ship pilots.

Who handles refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refunds are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy), which applies to every Cogmates purchase. We don't offer a separate money-back guarantee on top of Paddle's policy.

Tester: $8.99 / month. 35 AI credits / month for discovery and assessment.
Basic: $19 / month (or $190 / year). 75 AI credits / month for assessment and planning.
Professional: $49 / month (or $490 / year). 250 AI credits / month, ROI Calculator, Maturity & Data Quality.
Transformation Leader: $145 / month (or $1,450 / year).700 AI credits / month, priority AI, saved workspace, executive PDF, advisor sessions, early access.
Enterprise: custom. Refunds follow the terms of your signed agreement.

How to request a refund

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refund requests go through Paddle:

Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout, or
Email us at sales@cogmates.com with your order ID and we'll raise the request with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling vs refunding

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals: you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. A refund reverses a specific charge. You can cancel any time from your Account page or directly through Paddle.
